SHIPPING & DELIVERY

From our factory to your facility

Made-to-measure scrub sinks, manufactured in Salaspils and shipped across Europe. Here’s how delivery works — lead times, coverage, packaging and installation.

FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY

A transparent journey, start to finish

Every station is made to measure, so delivery follows a clear, five-step path from a signed drawing to an installed scrub sink.

  1. 01

    Order & specify

You confirm the series, number of stations, controls and finish, and send us the wall dimensions and service positions. We issue a dimensioned drawing to sign off before anything is cut.

  2. 02

    Manufacture

Your station is thermoformed and finished to the millimetre in our Salaspils factory as one seamless piece — typically within a few weeks of a signed specification.

  3. 03

    Protective packaging

Each station is crated with edge and corner protection and quick-open lids, so it can be inspected on arrival without tools.

  4. 04

    Dispatch & delivery

We ship across Europe with tracked freight and confirm a delivery window in advance. Larger runs are palletised for kerb-side or site delivery as agreed.

  5. 05

    Inspection & installation

Inspect the product with the courier present and note anything on the delivery documents. Installation can be handled by your contractor or coordinated through our team.

01

Lead times

Because every scrub station is made to measure, lead time depends on the series, the number of positions and finishing. As a guide, made-to-measure runs are typically manufactured within a few weeks of a signed specification.

You receive a firm date by email once dimensions and controls are agreed. If a deadline is critical to your project, tell us at the specification stage and we’ll confirm what’s achievable before you commit.

02

Shipping & coverage

We manufacture in Salaspils, Latvia and ship across Europe with tracked freight. Delivery costs and transit times depend on the destination and the size of the run — we quote these against your address before you order.

For destinations outside our standard network, contact us with the site details and we’ll arrange a freight solution.

03

Packaging & inspection

Stations are crated with edge and corner protection and quick-open lids. Inspect the product in the presence of the courier and, if you find any transit damage, note it on the delivery documents.

Damage recorded at delivery is covered by the carrier’s insurer and we will send a replacement. If no damage is noted at handover, we may not be able to replace the item — so the two-minute check on arrival matters.

04

Delivery & installation

Flow and DB stations mount to wall or floor; the WDO series is wall-hung to leave the floor clear for code-compliant cleaning. Each station ships with fixing guidance for the mounting method agreed at specification.

Installation can be completed by your own contractor, or coordinated through our team depending on the project and location. Local building rules and service connections remain the responsibility of the installing party.
